After the first opus Grammatology, Part One at Saint-Paul de Vence, Ora ïto continues his artistic exploration presenting a new exhibition in Marseille, in the heart of the Cité Radieuse.
Podgorny Gallery in collaboration with Galerie Kolektiv 313, situated in the emblematic 3ème rue of this building conceived by Le Corbusier, is pleased to present the second volume of Ora ïto’s exhibition:
Grammatology, Part Two.
This new series of works will establish a dialog based on the Modulor mesurements, developed in the building’s unique architecture. Each piece will be displayed in harmony and aligned according to the Modulor proportions.
The overall result will be enhanced by a palette of primary colors in accordance with the characteristic hues used by Le Corbusier for this emblematic building.
After Part One presented at Podgorny Gallery in Saint-Paul de Vence, Ora Ïto chose Kolektiv Cité Radieuse 313 and the heart of the “living machine”, its 3rd street, to host his first solo exhibition within the Unité d’Habitation.
It’s undoubtedly because Grammatology, Part Two combines formal expression, dialogue with the rules of modern architecture and research into language and signs.

Inaugurated in 2020 in Marseille’s Unité d’Habitation Le Corbusier on the occasion of the Manifesta XIII international contemporary art biennial, the Kolektiv Cité Radieuse 313 gallery is dedicated to exploring the relationship between contemporary visual arts and design and the languages of modern architecture. Founded by Laura Serra, a graduate of the Institut Français de la Mode et du Design, and Maxime Forest, who teaches avantgarde and gender studies at Sciences Po, Kolektiv Cité Radieuse 313 also hosts artist residencies and conducts curation and research activities in France and abroad.
